1. Acceptance

By creating an account or playing TerraTap, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TerraTap. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental consent.

3. Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
  • You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Game Rules & Fair Play

  • You must not use bots, scripts, GPS spoofing, or any automated tools to play the game.
  • You must not attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer the game servers or client.
  • Harassment, hate speech, or offensive usernames are prohibited.
  • You must not use the global chat to spam, advertise, or send harmful content.
  • Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. Virtual Currency & Purchases

  • TerraB and Diamonds are in-game virtual currencies with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real money.
  • Real-money purchases (diamond packs, Season Pass) are processed securely by Stripe.
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove virtual items or currencies at any time.

6. Location Services

TerraTap requires access to your device's GPS to function. By granting location permission you consent to your coordinates being sent to our servers in real time while the game is open. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All game content, code, graphics, and branding are owned by TerraTap. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works based on our content without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TerraTap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of leaderboard data, or that virtual items will retain their properties forever.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TerraTap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the game, including loss of virtual items or account data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will display a notice in-game for significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TerraTap operates. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or small-claims court where applicable.
